Dear Sir,
This is to inform that my friend (below mentioned reference) lost the ATM card on 25.02.2010 and blocked this card on the same day ticket no. [protected]. He has found this card on the next day. We have been requesting the Arakonam branch to issue the new ATM card from 25.02.2010 and also another letter on 10.03.2010. But no response even after 4 months.

I had received my user ID in the same day itself (ie, 26th July), but Password has not been mailed to me even today.
