Sir, Actually i got the online internet kit one year back.But i have lost it.So once again i apply for new internet online kit.I open my online kit by using new kit.But it not logged in.when i contacted my home branch, they told me that they have mapped my account with old internet online kit.So i searched my old kit and i got it.I opened the online by using old kit.I got logged in.The problem is when asked for transaction rights they mapped my online transaction rights to new internet online kit which i bought two weeks before.So i dont get transaction rights.I called my home branch, they informed me to use the new online kit password to the online account.So i used the new password to my online account.But it still dont show my transaction rights.when i contacted my home branch once again, they told me that they have done all they could and hereafter ask help from custome care.I am really suffering from this problem for last two weeks.
