I get sbi education loan in very difficult way so that now the provide subsidiary on loan interest so that i need to it that form where i will submit to the bank, but the website not open many and many problem, , if the government provide the subsidiary then why the bank people are not aware that, it is big Drawback of our bank people they are not responsible of there work.
I request if such type of subsidiary are there than plz send me procedure on my mail or forms, where i will submit to bank that, any other guide to me.Mail..[protected]@gmail.com

Sir i want to reQuest you that we are a simple Indian and we know about bank ruland regulation .today i went AT KURLA KAMANI branch for deposit money (9000Rs) which A/c no is [protected]. i stand in Que at 10.30 am till time there is no requirement for any type of token but when time was going 11.30 Am a lady which designation is cash officer she came and say that no any boady deposit our money without token and she say get out i reQuest her that sir the condition of account holder(your customer) is very serous and i have also reached at deposit counter but she not give any response or Marcy for your legal customer .
sir it"s not first time she do as with every time every customer. but all other staff listen my problem and when she left the office at 11.35am they do my work .
sir i reQuest you that please take legal action for that type of staff who don't know about customer's problem.
