[Resolved]  State Bank of India — no registration no was found after submitted the form online

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had submitted my on line application form on 21st may, my journal no is 8223436 and branch code is 6492 jaipur sbi branch banipark. But after submitting my form registration no. and passward did not display on website. I have tried no of times but warning was displayed this detail has already submitted.
now what should I do pls do the needful.
