My self Kamta Prasad Sing account holder of SBI Nepal house Ranchi. Account number is [protected]. I had requested for a multi city cheque book personaly in the relavent branch on dated[protected]. I had consult the branch manager several times and came to know that checque book has been issued, but still we did not received cheque book till date.
Please resolve m problem at your earliest.

I have used my ATM card No.[protected] at SBI, Gulab Tower branch, ATM
and my (1) withdrawal was on 04/04/12 for Rs.1200/- with correct & normal manners, but ATM had not put out Rs.1200/- . Again I withdrawal (2) on same time and same date and same ATM for Rs.1200/- but again ATM had not put out Rs.1200/-. So my total lost is for Rs.1200/- + Rs.1200/- = Rs.2400/-( Two thousand four hundred only)Pl. see details below :-
(1) My savings A/C No.[protected], (2) ATM card No.[protected], (3) TXN No.7681 & TXN No.7685, (4) ATM ID. S10H60428002, Date : 04/04/12 Time : 11:24 & 11:28.So I immediately contact same ATM branch (Gulab Tower)Manager Mr. Anil and submitted application complain to him as per his advised.
Kindly immediately make correction and refund my Rs. 2400/- ( Two thousand four hundred only)

state bank of india known for india's largest banking sector,
they do not accept cash deposit of rupees more than 25000for other branch account.
since they don't have software facility to keep account the amount above 25000.00.
and also they do not have guts to display about this unability in any of their branches.
