[Resolved]  State Bank of India — settlement of dues

One of the local agent of SBi credit card o[censored]JJAIN (M.P.) is saying that he can settele my dues. I want the settlemet letter from SBI, but he is saying that 'when you will give me a photocopy of DD/cheque then he will receive from SBI office a settlement letter.
I want to ask that can I payment to those agent or not?
I want a settlement letter from SBI, Can SBI credit card co. will give me settlement letter or not?

The SBI Card employees are very bad in attitude. They never give you any settlement letter. I think you have to go for legal sue.
