I got two damaged notes from SBI ATM of Srinagar colony (Ashok Vihar, Phase-II), Delhi on date 31/07/2008, time-19:24. I have account at Keshavpuram, Delhi. My A/c no. is [protected]. The ATM i had used is situated near to my residence. The above ATM ID is S1AN00778301 and TXN No- 4795. I had requested to authorities of the SBI branch at Srinagar colony (Ashok Vihar, Phase-II), Delhi. The above authorities is not agree to accept my request to replace these notes. Please suggest me that what I should do. You are therefore requested to kindly set enquiry against the concern officers so that no customer like me may be cheated in future.

FROM FOLLOWING ID THE AMAUNT HAS BEEN WIthDRawL. Hello, I have ATM ID, but I don't know that from which bank it belongs, Then How can I find my ATM Location.?

I recently got two damaged 100 rupee note from SBI ATM, Madhapur police station branch, Hyderabad.
Though the amount is very small but this is really irritating and I feel such issues to be raised !!
