Respected Sir, I have some mistake in my Application Form like: 1. My name is Deep Shankar Raikwar it is correct but i filled in my application form is Deep Raikwar its not correct. 2. My Father Name is Mr. M.C Raikwar it is correct But i filled in my application form is Mr. M.P Raikwar its not Correct. 3. My Address is E-196 Minal Residency JK ROAD Bhopal (M.P) it is correct but i filled in my application form is E-1 JK Menal Residency its not correct. Sub- SBI Associate bank Requiremnt of clerks exam date at 01-03-09 to Category correction
My name is satya prakash mahor my form is submite but my form category to the incorrect (S.T.) And My category is correct (S.C.) so please sir my category change in my form i will be highly oblige you.
