this is vijayalakshmi...i had a statement of november bearing payment made twice for my cel phone bill...and i was asked to make d payment by d due date...still i paid...later one o[censored]r people called and said to send a dispute form to sbi credit card...but how to claim that money which i hav made which is not my mistake????????its reticulous that these things happen wid reputed banks...!!!

This is absolutely possible. The way they talk and handle cases, these fellows shud be told to close business and join an asylum.

My SBI card validity is over by 01/09
I have not received the revalidated card till today. On enquery I have been getting the reply for the last few occasions "You will receive the card within one week" Weeks and months passed.
More over I am getting the monthly statements with deductions for the premium that too without a valid card. I am verymuch doubt that my card is getting misused from your side.
I request you to take very serious action to those involved in this. I may be able to get a proper explanation why this delay from your side,

A couple of days back somebody from the SBI Cards Division introduced and told something to me in Hindi
which I am not conversant or not having any knowledge and I told yes when asked whether I am Balasubramaniam. Today I found that my card has been charged with Rs.6000 and odd for some package.
I contacted your customers centre at Delhi who asked me to contact Chennai Office;But the person
in charge at the Chennai office bluntly refused to my request and when my uncle who tried to explain the
matter was also insulted by that gentleman and I am very sorry that a customer who doesnot have proper
knowledge in Hindi is being unnecessarily made to run from pillar to post for just cancelling the offer
which was unknowingly accepted due to langauage problem is very much regrettabble.A reputed bank
SBI is not respecting sentiments of customers and the irresponsible staff whatsoever his rank may be
is very much regrettable.Kindly advise me as to what to do further.I am with a heavy heart sending this
message .I am a free-lance writer in Tamill too.

SBI does the same thing always.. Fishing service is their service.. i too have a gold and more chipset card which is good for nothing and i an not using it.. Moreover if your are staying in mumbai who bothers of SBI there are many more plenty of other cards which you can get...SBI is the least best card to keep in wallet.
