Dear Sir, I 'm Major Rajeshwar Singh, serving in Indian Army and presently posted at Gopalpur, Orissa. On 02 Jun 08, i used SBI ATM outside Railway Station Bhubaneshwar. I did all the procedure to take 2000/- but the ATM screen showed "TRANSACTION IN PROCESS" and then "TRANSACTION TIMED OUT". Before that i had taken out print out for my bank statement, transaction ID for taking out mini statement was 9293. but when i tried to take out cash i didnt get it. After that i lrft the ATM, and thought ATM is faulty and moved to my duty station which is 200 km away from Bhubaneshwar. Here when i took my mini statement, i found that Rs 2000/- has been debited from my account. i spoke to the Customer Care, he could not help me neither he could give me the SBI branch name, under which that SBI ATM falls.Kindly look into the matter. I ankit joshi working in IT company Bangalore i done a transaction in KSRTC bus stop at Bangalore i did 300 rs. of transaction but nothing come out from the ATM and i got the "unable to process" on ATM screen i come out from that place but next day i found that 5000 rs have been deducted from my balance i complained againzed this thansection in haibbal SBI branch Bangalore but the manager of that branch was not responding properly. its mater of 19/08/2008 i continually trying for my money but no buddy in responding me nether my branch person(KOTA RAJASTHAN) nor Bangalore branch.

I am kindly requesting you to some thing need full for me
