Non allotment of credit card (SBI Gold)

Dear Sir,

I had applied for SBI credit card in September, 2008. My particulars were also vefified by Parliament Street, N.Delhi branch and I was told that the card is sanctioned for me but till date I have not received any sbi card.

Dear sir,

I had applied for SBI credit card 2 months before. My details is verified by SBI credit card executime three times
1) By Phone
2) In my residence
2) IN my office.

They told me I got my SBI card very soon.. They also allot me reference number. But I had not getting any reply or phone call by them. One day I talk with customer care executive about status of my credit card. And they said SBI card regret you at this movement. Please re apply again 6 month later.

I provided them all needed document, but dont no what happen.
