On 25 Sep 2008 at 5:24 p.m. I went to SBI ATM near SHADIPUR DEPOT(DMS) DELHI and punched amount of Rs 3500/- for withdrawal but what i received was only Rs 1500/- . I immediately dialled customer care of bank and they said within 24 hours correction will be made but nothing happened and i reported to my branch at EAST PATEL NAGAR after few days, there they asked for a applicationwhich i submitted same day but nothing happened after that, i again went to my branch at this juncture they told me to contact that branch in which juridiction is ATM, which was DMS SHADIPUR there staff told me to wait for another one week, but nothing moved till date .
I went there again and staff said records are locked in drawer
I am completely harassed and cannot use my money .
Kindly correct the entry at the earliest .

Most respectfully submitted that on 23 Sep 2008 at 5:24 p.m. I went to SBI ATM DMS SHADIPUR DELHI and punched amount of Rs. 3500/- for withdrawal but what I received was only Rs. 1500/-. I am a Savings Bank account holder of SBI Bangalore. My savings Account no. is [protected]. I have withdrawn Rs. 2, 500/- on 26.02.2009. But Unfortunately it has debited twice on the same day. But I have withdrawn only one time. At that time the balance was Rs.4, 617.85 only. I have withdrawn only one time then the balance was shown Rs. 2, 117.85. Then i Have started my tour to Hyderabad. But after opened my net i shocked. Kindly reverse the double time debited amount of Rs. 2, 500/- in my account. This has happened because the same day in my account Rs. 75, 000/- transferred by way of transfer took place. so i kindly request you to credit my Rs. 2, 500/- and oblige. I strongly believe you will do the needful. If not I will go to the consumer forum and will give complaint. please do the needful and oblige.My mobile no. is[protected].

Iws — ATM transaction problem
I'm custumer of ICICI Bank, I have made one ATM transaction on 8th Sep 09(around 8:30PM) for Rs.2000 in HDFC BANK ATM(INDIRA NAGAR BRANCH,BANGLORE) but money was not came & it showed me temperely unable to process but my money(Rs.2000) was deducted from my account, I tried so many times for phone banking but it was not connected.I'm requesting you to please solve this problem.

I went the canara bank atm I used my atm card I enter the amount 500rs but that atm displayed transaction declined resp cde 072 then. I withdrawal 500rs. I found the 500rs less in my account then I checked out mini transaction slip that mini transaction displayed[protected]rs +500rs transactions, but I withdrawal only 500rs), I met the accountant I told the problem and I gave the compliant with canara bank atm slip. accountant also agree the canara bank atm fault (mistake) and he said I will write the letter to the canara bank then u r amount re credited in u r account but now also im not get my amount 500 rs in my account Please iam requesting you please sir verify my amount and give me my amount 500rs in my account[protected]. as soon as earliest, please please please give me my amount 500rs.

The Re-issue of ATM card has been done to me as i had lost my ATM card. I had submitted the needful documents as per the requirement of SBI branch ALIBAGH, But now the issued new card is not working and the ALIBAGH Branch ATM officer is not processing the Forwarded DATA and not co-operating.
So please take some suitable action as early as possible to make my card working.

I am an employee of Border Security Force and because of my frequent movement from one place to another on duty/course/transfer and due to constant use of the ATM card bearing No.[protected] issued to me against above savings account got slightly cracked and thereby it ceases its function and presently not operational. Since, I am posted at the place which is far flung from my home town and as a result difficulties being experienced by me for want of money, which I can not get till such time a new ATM card is issued to me against the above old ATM card.
2. In view of foregoing facts, it is requested to kindly look into the matter personally as a welfare of BSF serving person and arrange to issue me a new ATM card against old ATM card at the earliest so as to enable me to draw money from nearby ATM counter as and when required.
