Dear Sir
I am an SBI creit card holder since the past three years with regular payment history. I have not received my statement since the past 1 1/2 year. The payment was made after information of bill by an agent over the phone. Written applications(Copies with received signature present) for address change have been made numerous times and customer care had also been informed about changed email ID.
Recently we recovered our bill from the net to discover a lot of irregular charges including late fee, collection fee and annual charges for a complimentary FREE card.
At present I and my husband are being harrased on a daily basis with calls on our mobile and to our work place only because we asked for six months of statement so that we can get the irregular charges deducted and pay what has been spent by us. Addresses for local credit card offices are unavailable on the net and one is unable to get the address through customer care.
PLEASE HELP
This is a very helpless situation. We want to solve this but each time a different customer care executive is the contact and the whole exercise starts from scratch. Was this information helpful? |
SBI Credit Card — Non Receipt of Credit Card - harrasement for payment
I had applied for a Credit Card with SBI. I have not received the Card so far. I received my first call from Customer Service Centre after a year saying my amount due on the card is 6, 000/- rs. Now it is two years... I keep getting call that my payment is due and asking me to make a payment. Neither I have changed my residence nor my office, but i have not received any statements. Not only the Customer Service people are calling but even the legal department is calling me and harrasing.
