I used to regularly get the monthly statements by email. But recently there have been disruptions in the flow. This month I got an SMS on my mobile phone giving me the total outstanding amount due. Then when I checked my statement through the website all the totals columns were blank and the items listed in the statement did not match the figure mentioned in the SMS. I also spoke to the customer care executive who registered my complaint (# MQ[protected] and said that I would get my statement by email within 48 hours. It's more than that time now and I haven't got my statement yet. Kindly do the needful to avoid any further inconveniences. Thank you. Was this information helpful? |
