I have tried to withdraw Rs. 10000/= on 24.09.2008 at 1.50 PM from ATM which is situated at Sanjay Place, Agra. But The ATM did not dispense money and the same money has been deducted from my balance. Please do the needful and locate where the money has gone

I would like to inform your goodself that I am holding aforesaid Bank Account with Bank of Rajasthan Limited at Nimbahera (Rajasthan). During my holidays at Kerala State I have put my ATM of Bank of Rajasthan in Federal Bank’s ATM at Thiruvalla (Kerala). First I have enquired the balance, which shown Rs.29, 795/-, however when I tried to get the amount, due to non-availability of required balance I had not received any amount. Again I have checked-up with State Bank of India’s ATM at Thiruvalla (Kerala) the balance shown Rs.29, 795/- when I tried to withdraw the money by putting command for Rs.10, 000/- it shown “your transaction is being processed”, but could not received any amount. After that I have tried to enquire the balance with SBI ATM, however was unable to get the balance. I have again checked up the FEDERAL BANK ATM my balance shown Rs.19, 795/- i.e. Rs.10, 000/- has been debited my account without getting any amount.
I had contacted with SBI, Thiruvalla Branch people the next day but they were not co-operated at all, they simply told that they don’t have extra money of that particular day. They told that if the money came outside and return, then only their account shown extra money. But I couldn’t understand I have not received any amount and SBI ATM don’t have extra money, then where is my amount of Rs.10, 000/-. People at State Bank of India, Thiruvalla (Kerala) branch asked me to contact my parent bank i.e. Bank of Rajasthan Limited, Nimbahera.
As per advise of State Bank of India, Thiruvalla people, I have contacted Bank of Rajasthan, Nimbahera branch by writing a letter alongwith Slips of Federal Bank’s ATM. After lapse of 20 days, when I enquired with Bank of Rajasthan they told that they have sent a mail to State Bank of India, but they are not responding.
I would now therefore, request your goodself to kindly look into the matter and inform me the exact position and also let me inform what I have to do to get the amount, as for me Rs.10, 000/- is a very big amount.

This is the conman between all banks because there are no one in My India that can do something about ATM/Bank Problem. But I will not on those. My account is debited two times for Rs 25000 & Rs. 16000.

My name is Mangala. Mohite on 5/4/10 my husband account is in the ICICI BANK and he told to take out Rs 9000 /- from Atm so I went to Axis ATM there I tried to take out. But after processing I only got my card back but the money and the slip not came out . than we tried in ICICI there we got the statement that RS 9000/- has withdrawl from Axis ATM.Tan we had gave a complaint in Axis and ICICI bank also. In ICICI Bank they were not taking the complaint directly they told me to give this complain to Phone Banking after very difficulty we nad given the complain they had give the request no and told to wait for 7-8 days. Now we don't know what will happen. But I know this from this incident I am in great problem. Please help us.
I have tried to withdraw Rs. 2000/= on 28.08.2010 at 7.50 PM from ATM which is situated at kukas ind. area, Jaipur. But The ATM did not dispense money and the same money has been deducted from my balance. Please do something, this is second time.first time problem is same, but refund after six or seven day.
