[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Annual Charges & Card Settlement

i had received a call from their sales executive saying they are offering free life time credit card so i greed to take the credit card my credit limit was 12000 i had used nearly 10000 of my limit and immediately after completion of a year there was a annual fees charged on my card which made my card go over limit and then there was an overlimit charges put on i spoke to the executive and asked them to reverse the charges they agreed to do it but it never reflected in my account i kept paying for 3 months the minimum due asking them to reverse the charges then their collection agent said that they would settle the account for 10000 if i wished to settle the account i agreed to it and paid them 1500 as an installment for the settlement against which the bank was supposed to issue a letter saying i have outstanding of 8500 and the i have to pay the bank the said amount the letter never cam and the new settlement guy is saying the settlement amount would be 15000 which i refused to pay what should be done

SBI card is horrible.Never go fot if. They are just unprofessional. Sirf leke faso. They are the world no.1 cheaters.

Sir,

Sub: Surrendered & Settlement of card payment-reg.

My Credit Card No: [protected].

This is to bring into your notice that I have surrendered my SBI credit Card two years back, due to the expiry months on 05, 2007. I submitted through your authorized collection centre and my card is collected by your Collection agent. I have not received any statement and credit card from SBI in till the date. But till this date I am paying minimum dues about two years from the date of my card expirers, amount I have paid till this date above RS : 35, 000.00, Few days back I received a call from the SBI recovery department stating that there are dues pending against my card RS :18, 000/=.
Please do need cancel my card immediately and if you are not stopping to sending me this type of false statement. I will take a legal action against SBI credit card.
