[Resolved]  State Bank of India — nobody is listening nor advising

i had four times for sbi credit card but neither i have received any quiry nor card is being made. when i contacted costomer care, their manager mr. janmit singh confirmed that a long ago, one credit card had been issued to me but could not be delivered to me, which shows a outstanding of about rs. 400/-. I requested him then what is my fault, he asked me to furnish a seperate application, I did but this time also nothing has been happened. when once again I approached costomer care, nobody is giving me reply, what i have to do. If for making the card, this is the service, then what services they will provide after making card. Surprisingly, nobody is giving any perfect answer.I asked them, please tell me to whom should I approach. for making credit card but answer is this that we do not know. I once again giving my full details for proper answer from the authorities of SBI. My name is chaitanya prakash, my mother, name is smt. jai rani devi, my account no. given by costomer care officer is [protected], my mobile no. is [protected] and my date of birth is 1.7.1960 and i am working in a multinational company. I once again request your higher authorities, please investigate in the matter and advise me how i can get credit card from sbi. I hope now my voice will be heard by higher authorities and i shall definitely get proper reply.
