My father is a senior citizen and havaing an account on SBI Padnabhanabhanagar Branch. The Senior citizen account No is [protected] and the amount of deposit is Rs 1, 50, 000/- nominitated my wife to recieve the benefits in the event of death. At the time of opeaning of account the credit agency has issed the card to my father. My father has not used the card till now. the Card No. [protected] My father expired on[protected] and claim was kept pending for the want of clearance of lien on deposit. the claim was not settlled till date. On my visit to credit card issing agency where in the request for cancellation was made on[protected]. and I was informaed theat the no transaction has been taken place since inception from 2010. In view of circumstances I request you kindly settle the balance standing in the savings bank account no [protected] immdiately with out any further dealy Please trest the matter as urgent.

I come to know SBI Clement Town Dehradun employee that my bulk money should be credited itself SBI, Chinar Compound Udhampur. At last I requested to Mrs Girja as well as manager Mr MS Rana for early clarification of my bulk amount in my saving account number [protected] but they people did'nt attend phone call and do not adhere my requesting sms through my cell No [protected].
Mr MS Rana did'nt agreed to tell me contact Number of CPPC Panchkula even after a tug of war of request. He told me Ram Singhji we are not sitting to tell you contact Number of panchkula.
Sir, I retired after having been completed 26 years of service in the Army. 01 Dec 2011 to till date I have not receive my pensionary benefits. I have been residing in a rented house at Dehradun along with 3 (three) grown up children and old aged parents. You can imagine how I have hard days. Banking employee's are not favouring of my request only to creat more benefits ownself.
It is therefore may I request your good office why held up my huge amount without any sufficient cause and who will be responsible for the lapse of interest of huge amount of my money. May I also request you to recover whole pending amount interest those who will find guilty. As per decision of honourable high court of Orisssa it is clarified that who will hold the amount without any sufficient cause the particular employee will pay interest of holding amount of particular individual.

I used my Debit Card of SBI(Chandralok Building, Janpath, New Delhi)) in the SBI ATM B-block, Cannaut place, New Delhi(ATM M/C ID-S10A[protected] on 14-Sep-2012.Corresponding to Transaction No 9299, I didnot receive Rs 10000/=.But This amount is deducted from my saving A/C(A/c No:[protected]).
As you know very well that i made so many complaints to call center of SBI (complaint Ticket no AT[protected] dated 14-sep-2012, AT[protected] dated 19-sep-2012, AT[protected] dated 26-sep-2012, AT[protected] dated 06-nov-2012) .But no proper action taken till now.
I made complaint to you in written also.But no written reply till now and when you said to meet ATM incharge Mr.Sunil, i meet him But i am very surprised and tired after hearing the sentence "there was no CCTV camera in that ATM in those days".
I raised this issue since first day that CCTV camera should get be checked. But After 45 days of my first complaint and so many discussion, you all are saying that there was no any CCTV camera in that ATM.
Today when i went to Branch office, Staffs of Bank were threatening me that why you complaint in RBI? when i asked that where is my written complaint then they told me that your application has been disappeared. It means that Bank was misguiding me till now.
After these so many efforts i am extremely tired now. So please tell me that what should i do? Rs 10000/= is not a small amount.
