[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Wrong deduction for policy

Respected SBI,

This is to inform you that I took SBI silver Card ([protected]) in the month of September 2007 and was offered insurance policy of Royal Sundaram 1982/- rs per annum. My SBI card was to be debited every month 182/- rs as installment for the amount of paid by SBI card for Policy but however due to some reason the policy was cancelled in the month of october 2007and the money of 1942/- was credited back to my credit card A/c by royal Sundaram on 28th october but even after SBI went on debiting 182/- rs per month till date i.e.august 2008.

Inspite of repeated calls to customer care finally a ticket was raised and assured to creidt the money after 2 days i recieved a message saying that late fees of 350/- was reversed as per my request which i had not requested.

Is it possible for you to look into the matter and reverse all the money wrongly deducted and let me know by a phone call or mail (satish [protected]@yahoo.co.in)
