[Resolved]  State Bank of India — transaction log for new account application

I have requested for opening a recurring deposit account through net banking on 02-Sep-2008 with ref. no IIA00045065. ..but till date it is showing "transaction logged".Some days after I tried to contact several times to the branch (TECHNOPARK, trivandrum, Kerala code-07617) .I tried them via e-mail, but till now they didn't reply.If I am trying over phone mostly they wont attend. Once one lady attended and hearing my question she told she dont have information regarding the term "transaction logged" and regrding the mails she told they dont have time to check the mails.You are requested to mail me about the actual reasons.

Sbt Providing Very bad support for online customers. I aso have the same issue .. i Requested for a new term deposit account online before 2 months.. Its showing " transcation logged " till now. I mailed them in most of their adresses i found in their website. They never atleast reply. I am working i muscat.. I have to go kerala to solve this issue if i want. Better choose another bank..Disappointed with sbt..
