SBI staffs needs to be controlled by some very strict norms and authority or else they will keep this attitude for ever and we common man will continue suffering like this who deposit their hard earn money in the bank.

my name is monikaratre. the post man of new panvel are not working properly. i had applied for pan card 3month back in novamber yat not recived. beside this i m a student i filled up my exam form correspondance and i didnt recive hall ticket . after my exam one month late i recived my hall ticket. My name is vanlalhriatkimi pachuau i opened an a/c with saket branch in delhi. I wanted to break my FD due to some financial emergency so i went to the branch. They told me i cannot do that because there is lean hold from credit card department. First they offered me Credit card which never arrived in the post so i decided not have it. there is no credit card department in the branch so i had to contact the call centre. They advise me they will send me lean letter in 10 days. its almost a month it never arrived while i get evrything else from sbi in the post.Finally like any irate customer i ask to speak to supervisor name Rahul
he told me that they can send email to the branch and i dont know why they do that earlier.I gave the email address to the supervisor and literally begged him to send the email as i am in diehard situation. I check with the branch but they said they havent recieve any email . The account manager in return shout at me as if it was fault. I tried to explain him how urgently required the money and told him that i call like 100 times the call centre and asked them to send the lean letter many times if are not doing it wat can i do .Am a customer and banks are there all these financial needs. He told that he dont care and embarrassed me infront of so many people that. I dont have the lean letter and am still not able to take my own money. I request you to take severe action against this matter.May god have mercy on them for treating me so bad. I feel like sbi ate up my money. Please take action against this i also see many customer face same problem. many of them are layman and ignorance about complaint forum.

Even after One month the loan has not been sanctioned. I applied in NITC Branch of SBI near Calicut where the manager is one Mr. Rajgopal. The Loan is supposed to be sanctioned by Chief Manager Mr. Mohandas from RASMECCC, Kallayi Calicut(His Tel No: +[protected] . There was a legal paper verification, then site visit two times. All the norms had been fulfilled .Only loan has not sanctioned so far. We are totally frustrated . The attitude of the SBI officers is such that costumer is just . Often customer is treated as beggers. I really doubt that some other banks might have hired the core officers of SBI and assigned them with a duty to take totally negative attitude towards the customers so that other banks may get better business from that locality. A new enquiry has to be initiated in this regard. We are going to move in the Banking Ombudsman and consumer court as it is already got in to our nerves.Who will pay for the health hazards due to applying for a loan in an bank like SBI unknowingly or by mistake.There is a facility in the website like send unhappy message to corporate office etc. no bugger is taking any actions against the useless crooks in the RASMECC Calicut Kerala.

Hi all,
i had the worst experience in this bank. They workers at this bank are totally illiterate, lazy, deprived of any interest to work.
Even the lowest of the staff (peon ) show no respect and interest, act as though there are stars falling from the sky and a halo stagnated behind his head...all this attitude for what ??? just coz they are goverment workers.
Bank manager is rude (COURTESY : MR. VINAYAK, manager of gandibazaar branch, bangalore ) he doesnt even know that letter of Employment can be provided as proof of local address, and when pointed out by me that it is stated in the form, started behaving rudely. All of them act as language illiterates, foget english lol if you speak in english it might seem as greek and latin to them, but they cant even unterstand the technicality of their work when explained in local language. Like one of the customers stated above, be ready to get insulted and humiliated, u might sit in AC chambers at your office but when cum to this small SBI dungen with the lowest possible sophistication but creatures havein maximum head weight (with absolutely no justification as to yyyy ???), pls leave your self esteem outside the door.
Even after 3 attempts of trying to open an account, i couldnt!!!
I think goverment should take the placement process more seriously and select educated, engergitic and well suited graduates for these positions.

Hi Sir,
My name is Krishna Prasad and my A/c no.[protected]. My problem started on 6th October 2012
I visited the Clark Wood Road ATM (ATM ID-SFVD9231) at 16:23 and checked my account balance
I had Rs.24, 354.23 then by 16:25 I tried to make my ICICI credit card Payment
([protected]) of Rs.3000.oo I got a slip stating TXN NO: 3785, Transaction Declined, Response code 072 UNABLE TO PROCESS.
So I made the second payment of RS.3000.00 thinking that the first transaction did not go through by
16:26 and my transaction was successful with a slip stating TXN No:3786 and with Reference No:[protected] then I made a
third transaction at 16:27 withdrawing Rs.400.00, to my shoack I got a transaction slip which shows my balance as Rs.17, 954.23
instead of Rs. 20, 954.23. Then I realised that a double payment is gone through and contacted the customer care where in I got to
speak to a person by name Syed, doesn't know proper english nor was able to resolve my problem n return he put me through a lady
she has no etiquettes, to introduce herself before the conservation she only listened to my conversation as if I was briefing a story
to her at last without permission she just transferred me to IVR such a pathetic service ICICI is giving to its customer who is with
them from past five years.
I also faced the same problem three years back still I did not get my money back. We people think so many things and keep our
money as I had kept it to pay my home loan, car loan and rest. Now because of the simple system error I got into problem.
ICICI please as a loyal customer its my request stop fooling people and live upto your brand name so that customers can trust.
Educate your Executives with some corporate etiquettes and how to resolve the queries of the customer.

It is very much regrettable seeing the amount Rs. 2333.00 deducted from total MOD balance of my account mention above at Note press Branch Salboni, BRBNMPL, Dist- West Midnapur westbengal . It was noticed when I draw Rs.1000.00 on 17/07/2013 from Note press Branch ATM.
On 13/07/2013 at 21:11 hrs. my account statement was like that : MOD balance : Rs. 273, 476.00 & AVAILABLE BALANCE: Rs. 340.13 but on 17/07/2013 after withdrawing Rs. 1000.00 the statement was like that : MOD balance Rs. 270, 143.37 & AVAILABLE BALANCE Rs. 342.13 i.e. total MOD balance difference Rs. 2333.00. But I have not done any transition in between.
Already I have complained to my local branch as well as cms.[protected]@sbi.co.in (TICKET NO.-DA[protected]) but I till I do not received any response.

this is the complaint against the branch manager of Dodenekundi Branch, bangalore; near EMC2 office
i am having SBI Account and having a green card on the name of my brother fro cash deposit purpose.
i stay in JP Nagar;Bangalore and work fro EMC2 and i found Dodenakundi branch is near to my office. so i went there to deposit money around 1.20PM. the branch manager closed the token machine itself and asked me to go to marathalli. it was only 2min task and he asked me to go to marathalli branch. whn i asked the reason he told that they are closing @1.30PM. but i reached there @1.20PM still 10 min was there but he didnot accept my request and asked me go to marathalli only.
they had card swiping machine but still they did not accept it . this is very worst case sir. they should nt behave like that to a customer even after we reach on time. are they only open the office to showoff or they have been deployed to work also???
finally i reach marathalli brach and there was some different procedure for green card holder. so i went to that ATM counter and waited over 45min because the machine was too slow and finally got to know that the machine is not working. again went to marathalli branch and informed that the machine is not working then one of the staff told me to swipe the card in the machine and get the receipt then they will accept it. so i did the same and it took only 2min. and finally i deposited money to the account .
This also can happened in Dodenekundi branch even then why they did not accepted it. if you dont want to work then dont come to office sit @hme and give oppertunity to others those who really wants to work.

sir/madam good evening at post birpur dist mahisagar pin 388260 state benk of india located here my account in sbi but sbi staff is not give good response sbi staff nature as a like benk owner and costumer is servant if you can do something so please take action again sbi staff member I don't konwe him name but he allways seatting main door near frist counter .. not good employee ... please do something.. thanks. sbi virpur dist mahisagar branch code 02637
