We received calls from SBI Telemarketing representative (Tel.No.[protected] regarding a corporate offer of Platinum Credit Card with Rs. 5, 00, 000/- Credit Limit. Hence marketing representative (Tel. No.[protected] visited our corporate office as on 15th May, 2008 for the fulfillment of application process.
As per information provided by both of them, we have applied for Platinum Card and handed over the necessary documents. But I have received Silver Credit Card with Credit Limit of Rs. 28, 800/- on 26th May, 2008. I have strictly told them not to give me any insurance policy as I don’t need it, but they have charged Rs. 46.97 insurance premium which was not applied by me. Same case is happened not only with me but also with my other colleagues. Resulting to same, I had discontinued my card on 27th May, 2008 at 11:00 am.
Like this way, SBI marketing / telemarketing executive cheated our staff the same is comunicated to the SBI Head office and waiting for the Reply. So this is for you all to keep in mind before doing any transaction with State Bank of India. Was this information helpful? |
