Cheque book charges

I requested SBI bank for issuance of a cheque book and they issued me 50 cheques without my permission and charged 50 rs for that

wanted to disable high security password for online transaction

I disabled high security password for SBI online transaction.But still it is asking for password. Can u please help out me
