[Resolved] State Bank of India — Non receipt of monthly statement not received from last 5 months

I hold credit card of State Bank of India. am not receiving my credit card statement from last 5 months. Several times, I have complain through phone and email but no action taken so far by the bank. I just paying the credit card monthly amount on the SMS message received by the bank. There is no any change in my present address. I would request you to kindly take necessary action. SBI Credit Card — Non receipt of card and statement emails received on sms

Sales person for SBI had called me last year and I had agreed for a SBI credit card. However after 2 confirmation calls that the card has been despatched, I am yet to receive the card. However I have started receiveing SMS on statements generated against the creidt card. I also do not receive the statements on my residence address nor my office address

i have not received any statment for your side last six months only sms has received on my mobile payment due so & so . kindly request to send me the satament at my email address & also at residence address.
