Dear sir, My credit card no. [protected] udinh morethan four years. While applying for my credit card I was told you will get lifetime free card. Now came to know that this is not free card and
in my statement you have debited annual fees of Rs. 750and gst of Rs. 77.25 Now I am not intertested to continue my credit by paying annual fees . So Kindly cancel my credit card immediately so that I am very thankful to you.

This is to inform that I have cancelled my SBI credit card bearing no [protected] on 11/02/2011.I HAVE BROKEN THE CREIT CARD AND HANDED OVER THE SAME TO THE SBI CREDIT CARD REPRESENTATIVE ON THE SAME DAY.
Even after cancelling the card i have not recieved the NOC from your end and my Fixed Deposit amount is blocked in my account. I had informed the bank customer-service over the phone regarding this. I was told that the credit card will be cancelled on payment of the dues. I paid the dues completely and re-informed customer support.(THE DUE AMOUNT WAS CLEARED THROUGH CHEQUE NO 731762 WITH AN AMOUNT OF 1200 (ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED ONLY) AND AFTER THIS AGIAN I GOT A STATEMENT WITH AN OUTSTANDING OF 550.40 AND I HAVE DEPOSITED THE SAME IN SBI BANK ON 15/03/2011 THROUGH CASH AND THE TRANSACTION ID IS J/[protected]In between I have been getting msgs for payments from SBI customer service and I have been informing them that I am no more using that card and that I had already cancelled the card. Still I continue to get monthly statement. I have not done any transaction through the card after I have made my last complete payment.IAM REALLY IN A URGENCY TO TAKE OUT MY FIXED DEPOSIT FOR MY PERSONAL PROBLEMS.SO PLEASE ACCEPT THIS AS AN APPLICATION AND DO SEND THE NOC TO MY BANK AND ASK THEM TO RELEASE MY FD AMOUNT.

I tried to email to thier customer service feeback.[protected]@ge.com and it bounced back. There is no way of documenting the communication with this bank. Please help.

I, subedar rajvir holding an s/B account No. [protected] in SBI Itarna (alwar) and had been issued with cr card No. [protected] in my name and [protected] on my wifes name Mrs. Krishna Devi in Mar 2010 and valid upto Mar 2014. Recently an amount of 550 each have been dr from each card without any transaction. Now I request ur office to take necessary action to refund the same or otherwise clarify in writing on what account the same amount had been debited from my account. also I request u to cancell both the cr. cards issued immediately. address- sub Rajvir, training wing, 1 WEC, Near Brar square, delhi Cantt-10.
