Dear Sir, We confirm the reciept of your letter dated 15th sept 08 stating the payment dues on my card Nr[protected]. As per your letter the oustanding dues are 3885/- on which i totally disagree. I request you to kindly send me the details ledger statment from Aug'07. Also I didn't recieved some monthly statments. Soon I recieve these statments & I am satisfied wih it I will clear those outstanding dues. Awaiting for your statments at the earliest. Thanking you, Your's truely, Ulhas Shanbhag. I got a SBI credit card in 2006 purely for use in emergency. I was told that there won't be any annual fees. I never used the card even once leave alone defaulting payments.
But now I am getting calls saying I have to pay Rs.4300, or they will get a arrest warrant against me.

Any suggestions let me know. They are not ready give the information on what are those charges
give. I am contacting a lawyer for this.
