I have made 4 complaints on this issue. Till now it remains unresolved and no representative has contacted me though every time I make a complaint I have been told that I will get a response within 48 hours.

I do not think SBI is interested in resolving this issue. I have given up. I have also decided that I will not use SBI card any more. The last bill has been settled by me. The renewal card which has been received by me effective from October is being cancelled by me alongwith my wife's add on card.
