In the month of March 2009, my credit validity expired, but so far you have sent my credit card to me. I request you kindly to do the needful and send the card and oblige.

I have not received the statement for the month of April 2012 fro my credit card no [protected]. Now a days it has become regularly irregular the receipt of statement. Kindly ensure the statement reached me on time.

Sir, every year in the month of Nov., or Dec., SBI Credit Card had levied annual fee charges and after complaint they have reverse the same. Now I am dialing or Phone Numbers[protected]/[protected] but no response.You are requested to please reverse my Annual fee charges as my Card is annual charge free from the very begining.

I have not been receiving the monthly statement regularly even though I receive sms saying that it's sent. Not received for Nov 2012 as yet.
