I have seen sevearal persons are complaining against your services. My complaint is not against your
but the repeatedly receiving the phone from your Delhi office ( [protected]) with false promises, &
asking me to pay the amt for the reason unknown to me . I am paying all the dues well in time
and never defaulted. I have not provided any written document by your Delhi office for which they are making on telephone. Now I am deciding to surrender your credit card .so that I shall be free from receiving ( repeatedly) unwanted telrphone from your Delhi office.

SBI Credit Card — Unreachable Helpdesk number
The only Helpdesk number [protected] provided by SBI cards is continuously busy. I am not able to contact them for last three days.How to get help from SBI card on phone?

SBI Credit Card — RAILWAY RUMBLE OFFER
HiIt is very surprising to know that even after several reminders and emails SBI officials has still not reverted back to me with the solution on the complaint which i had made in Feb 08.
Moreover I am still receiving 2-3 calls daily from SBI collection department for the outstanding amount since i have stopped the payment after giving sufficient time and warnings to resolve my complaint. Everyday i have to repeat the whole complaint to each and every caller and the response i get is
1. "OK WE WILL TALK TO OUR MANAGER AND GET BACK TO YOU".
2. "CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE AND INFORM THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM"...
This has become mental harassment for me now and i cannot take it anymore. Hence finally i am mailing this to consumer forum and media.
WHAT I EXPECT FROM SBI :
1. Give me gift voucher worth Rs. 2000/- as per the RAILWAY RUMBLE OFFER.
2. Waive off late fee charges laid on me for not paying outstanding amount as i have stopped the payment because the complaint is not attended and not resolved.
3. Compensation for the mental harassment that i am facing from SBI.
4. Phone charges for the nos of calls i made to SBI to register the complaint, follow up etc...

This is regarding my compaint against non-payment of Railway Rumble offer. Below mentioned are
few of the references that i had made to sbi customer care but till today with no result.
I am having a feeling that SBI does not want to solve the problem and pay me back the offer
amount. This complaint is now approximately 5 months old. DOES SBI HAVE ANY SLA/ETA FOR THE
COMPLAINTS MADE? IF YES I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE ETA ON THIS.

Apart from the above mentioned problem i have few more service related issues with SBI, which
professionaly i think its disgusting and pathetic for the Bank like SBI. Those are as follows:
1. No call back even after repeated reminders.
2. None of the managers/senior person ever come on phone to attend the problem/customer.
3. I got info from your customer care saying they had called but my cell was not reachable.
THis is ABSOULTELY FALSE STATEMENT WHICH SBI MAKES. I have justification for this:
a) Nothing updated in the complaint about the possible resoultion date for the complaint made.
b) My cell is always reachable.
c) Even if my cell is not reachable, no call was made at my landline nos.
d) No email, on me not available on my cell.
e) Since last 10-15 days i am getting continous calls from your collection department, may i know how is my cell reachable now?
