Non payment of Rs 10,000/- from Nabadwip ATM under Nadanghat S.B.I on 28.05.2016

I have not received Rs. 10000/-from my account no. [protected] ( IFSC code No SBIN0006194 ) from Nabadwip ATM under Nadanghat S.B.I on 28.05.2016 but amount debited from total amount .I have reported verbally to your customer care no [protected] and written complain to the Branch Maneger S.B.I, Nadanghat branch. My COMPLAIN NO IS CS[protected]
