[Resolved]  State Bank of India — request of duplicate atm

I have lost may ATM Card bearing the Account No. [protected]. I have applied for a duplicate card about a year ago to the Branch Manager, twice. I request you to recheck and issue me a duplicate card.

Dear sir,
I am a SB a/c holder of SBI-Branch-Phaphadih-Raipur (Chhattisgarh State), having A/C No.[protected]. I have received the ATM card after few days of A/C opening, but unfortunately while shifting my residence, any how lost it.This is around 8-months back. I approached the concerned branch of your esteemed bank, in turn they advised me to lodge a FIR with the local police and enclose the copy of the same with my application for the issuance of duplicate ATM card alongwith the fresh PIN No.I followed their instructions in toto, but till date my duplicate ATM card is not received by me, which really poses great difficulty to me.
Therefore, may I, through this forum once again request you to please issue me a duplicate ATM card alongwith fresh PIN No. so that I am able to avail the facility of ATM ? I am ready to bear the cost for doing the same under intimation to me.

damaged my atm card before i could use it can i get anew wit new pin

My saving a/c no. is [protected] with sector 93 Noida Branch. I had requested for duplicate ATM Card many time in branch. Each time they submit my request and also charged Rs.200/- one time, but when I contact on customer care, they refused to receive any request. Please see this matter seriously.

ARM card which we have not working in any ATM machin. I contact with my BRANCH OFFICE he told me it may be the magnet of card is not proper so stop this ATM and give requist for new ATM.
