[Resolved]  State Bank of India — my atm card is not working.

ATM CARD COLLECTED IN OCT 2008.
DURING TRANSACTION THR ATM . GET MESSAGE AS : PIN IS BLOCKED. RESPONSE CODE_ 062.

My ATM card is not working .The card is been hardly used for 8 months.
How long will bank take to replace with new card.
Is there any other alternative through online that we can feed the complaint and it will be solved without going to bank personally.

i'm not able to with draw money from ATM. Every time i tried to with draw it shows a responding 070. But i can view all my transaction and balance.

if any one knows how to solve this problem please mail me.
