I don't have the card with me nor I don't have sbi account how m I supposed to get credit card bill please explained

I am not satisfied with the services of SBI credit card, on first place they misguided me on second place dispute of giving the request on customer care service by call they haven't cancelled my balance transfer services plus have charged for the interest on it after making all my used amount payments done they have mislead me and my are showing the unbilled amount of nearly 23000 Rs.

Here by I request to close my account and do the need on ASAP.
