this is ramki. i have sbi credit card. one fine morning from sbi customer care one person called and told about insurance, and its as low as amount of 25/-per month and that to u need not to pay that amt monthly or for every statement. so agreed. i used that card only one time. one fine day i lost that card. i made a call to customer care and blocked that card and i said i don't that card in future also(clearly said).
i thought everthing went well. but one fine day(after nearly 9 months later) i got a call from sbi and said you have outstanding amt of 2000/- for insurance.
i asked i all ready blocked the card. then how can i pay insurance amt. but that guy told u haven't closed account.
what is this nonsence thing, if i don't card in future, how they(sbi) people will maintain acct for me. they are asking me to pay that amt. i told i won't pay that amt. if they come legally, i will also go legally.

hi sir i had done my credit card payment on time i had dropped my cheque in your east street branch on time than also i have been charged late fee my credit carde no is [protected] its in the name of prakash nagrani pl revert the late fee charges thanks
