ON[protected], I RECEIVED A CALL FROM SBI CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT THAT SOME WRONG TRANSACTIONS HAS BEEN MADE IN MY CARD AND MY CARD HAS BEEN BLOCKDED AND IT WAS ALSO REQUESTED TO ME THAT KINDLY INFORM IT TO SBI CUSTOMER CARE ALSO.
MY QUESTION IS : IF SOME WRONG TRANSACTIONS ARE THERE AND IT HAS BEEN DIAAGNOSED BY THE DEPARTMENT ITSELF, THEN WHY THER ARE NOT RECTIFYING IT IMMEDIATELY. WHY THEY ARE PRESSING ME TO LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH CUSTOMER CARE.
BUT ON THEIR REQUEST I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE ON[protected]. THEY ALSO REPLIED THAT IN MY ACCOUNT THRE ARE SOME WRONG TRANSACTIONS AND BLOCKED MY CARD ALSO WITH THE ASSURANCE THAT I WILL GET NEW CARD VERY SOON.
TILL DATE[protected] I DID NOT GET MY STATEEMENT.
I AM TOTALLY UNAWARE THAT WHAT IS GOING ON.
IT IS REQUESTED TO PLEASE SUGGEST ME THAT IF THERE ARE SOME WRONG TRANSACTIONS, I HAVE TO APPROACH EITHER CUSTOMER CARE, I HAVE TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH DELHI POLICE OR I HAVE TO APPROACH DISTRICT COURT.
