Dear Sir,

Reference to my mail dated 21/10/2008. again I would like to draw your kind attention that no action has been taken from your end. My previous complaint ticket no.: CC[protected]

I was dropped my cheque no. 820416 in the drop box situated at State Bank of India, Branch- Garulia (Code-1720) on 08/09/2008 for depositing into my
a/c no. [protected]. The cheque has not been credited into my account till date.

It will be invalid after 07/12/2008.

So, therefore I request you, please do the needful action as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that cheque no 820416 for Rs. 25, 662 issued to undersigned by Post Office Shyamnagar, North 24 Parganas (Kolkata) was dropped in the drop box situated at State Bank of India, Branch – Garulia ( Code no. 1720) on 08.09.2008 for depositing into my
a/c no. [protected]. The cheque has not been credited into my account till date.

On enquiry from the SBI Garulia Brach, it was informed by the SBI Garulia Branch officials that key of the Drop Box is not traceable therefore the drop-box is not in operation and it has not been opened since then. Also, any warning regarding non-functioning of the drop box is not displayed.

It is requested to look into the matter and arrange for retrieval of the cheque and crediting the cheque into my account at the earliest.
