Dear Sir,
I am a SBI Credit Gold Card Holder with card number: [protected] and a banker by profession.It's been more than an year now that i have registered with SBI Credit card that i have not been recieving the statements neither physically nor through e-mail, which i think is the integral responsibility of the department to send to its customer, because of which i am unable to track the payments to be made and the date of payment, because of which everytime i had to bear a late payment and interest charge.Everytime, i called the call centre or was contacted by the collection agent/executive, i was assured that if i make the minimum amount due payment i would be able to save on my interest charge and the said statement problem would be solved from the next time. I had contacted more than 50 staff members including the call centre exec. but always a false commitment was made to me.Would request you to take a strict action them and get the chgs reversed. I am willing to make the payments as i have been doing for since the starting but have stopped doing so when i was pissed off with them.
I would also like to claim an appropriate damage for the unnecessary mental harassement that i have been going through all these months.

SBI Credit Card — non reciept of No Dues
I had made a settlement for Rs. 14000/- in my account in Feb. 2000. The entire amount was paid as per the settlememt account but till date i have not recd. my No dues certificate. But I am recieving regular calls from [protected] that I should pay Rs. 1000/- for the closure of my account. which was paid by me vide Cheque on 7the September 2008 and assurane was given that the no dues certificate will be issued within two days but till date i have not the certificate and no person is attending on the above gicen number.
