This is prathyusha, I had applied for the clerical post in S.B.I. I had received a mail from you, I had also received call letter, but I could not get the printout of my application form. The day I applied, Iam asked to collect after 31may and then after5june and then after15june and then after 21june but till date Iam unable to get the print out of my application form. So, kindly help me to get the print out or mail me if there is any alternative.

mera naam kamalkishore hai aur maine online application form dala hai lekin aapke aaye hue call letter mai likha hai ki (aapke dwara lagai gayi photo aur sign application form se match karna chaiye') lekin humne to application form main koi photo ya application nahin hai .
