Respected Sir,
I, Macwan Benjamin have a saving A/c in State Bank of India, Industrial Estate Branch, Godhra. Under A/c No. [protected].
On 4th Oct. 2008, I had tried to withdraw Rs. 3000/- from Dena Bank ATM which is at Prabha Road, Godhra with my State Bank of India, Industrial Estate Branch, Godhra ATM Debit Card. At that time machine shown that Unable to process and debit card came out in presence of your security guard (Mr. Gunvant) at afternoon 12:30. I didn/t get any money or even any slip from this transaction. But Rs. 3000/- and service charge of Rs. 20/- was deducted from my account.
I have given a application on 6th Oct. 2008 in this matter to the State Bank of India, Industrial Estate Branch, Godhra Manager and Dena Bank Main Branch, Godhra Manager. State Bank of India, Industrial Estate Branch, Godhra Manager told me to give application to Dena Bank Manager. And Dena bank, Main Branch, Godhra Manager told me that you have to give this application at State Bank of India, Industrial Estate Branch, Godhra manager for further action to get my amount back. Means that both have not given me satisfactorily answer.
I am attaching that application which i had given to State Bank of India, Industrial Estate Branch, Godhra Manager and Dena Bank, Main Branch Manager. Please Find attachment.
Dena Bank. Main Branch Manager told me that you have to go to State Bank of India, Industrial Estate Branch, Godhra because of your account is in State Bank of India, Industrial Estate Branch, Godhra. Thus, Dena Bank Manager not responded.
But It is Fact that My A/c is in State Bank of India, Industrial Estate Branch, Godhra then, State Bank of India, Industrial Estate Branch, Godhra is responsible to give me (customer) good service and security for their Saving A/c money.
Instead of this State Bank of India, Industrial Estate Branch, Godhra Manager is not giving me proper direction and also even not accepting my application for further action and telling me that close your account and all that unnecessary words.
So. Please Look int to this matter and take progressive necessary action and credit my deducted money back into my saving account as well as reply me as soon as possible.
