[Resolved]  State Bank Of India, Madakasira - 515301, Anantapur District, Andhra Pradesh, India — Worse Service by SBI Bank Manager, Madakasira and their staff and Customer Care, SBI Hyd and DGM(customer care),SBI, Mumbai

STATE BANK OF INDIA, MADAKASIRA BRANCH, ANANTAPUR DISTRICT, ANDHRA PRADESH STATE. — NON RECEIPT OF ATM CUM DEBIT CARD TO SB ACCOUNT EVEN THOUGH ACCOUNT IS OPENED IN THE MONTH OF MAY'2008.

SIR/MADAM,
I write this to inform you that i had opened a saving bank account at State Bank Of India, Madakasira branch, Anantapur district, AP in the month of May'2008. My online account number is [protected] . The account holders who had opened the accounts after me have got their atm cum debit card for their accounts. But for my account even though it is opened in the month of May'2008, as on to date, i did not receive the atm cum debit card. when i approaced the bank and the bank Manager especially, there is no response from their end. so that i submitted my complaint online of sbi i.e. to by email to < helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in>, there is no response from them. So after that i submitted my complaint to the DGM(customer Care), SBI, Mumbai thru email to <dgm.[protected]@sbi.co.in>, there is no solution for my problem.

Whenever i go to bank the bank manager is not avaialble and the staff at the bank refuses to respond to me.

Hence, I reqeust you please to take necessary action for issual of atm cum debit card to my account immediately.

It is so kind of you i[censored] take necessary action immediately.

TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU.

INITIALLY, IN MT TOWN AMBUR ALL ARE USING SBI FOR ALL THE BIG TRANSACTIONS.

BUT DUE TO POOR SERVICE, LATE, LETHARGIC ANSWERS FROM STAFFS, TIME CONSUMING BANK, THEY HAVE CHANGED NOW TO PRIVATE BANKS.

HERE IN MY PLACE WHERE LOT OF FOREIGN EXCHANGES ARE TAKING PLACE DUE TO SHOE EXPORTS, MOST OF INCOME / TRANSACTION FOR SBI IS COLLAPSED.

GOOD TO HEAR, AS I WAS ONE OF THE ATM WRONG DEBIT VICTIM, HANGING FOR 15 DAYS TO GET MONEY BACK.
