Dear sir, I am Robin pradhan and my nrgs amount has been processed date 04/05/2016 but the transaction has not been done in my a/c my a/c no is [protected] and when I have contact it with the SBi manager about the above utr no but I have already reference no [protected]NRG[protected] transaction date 11/032016 but I have no any amount so please help me sir

service. But while sending i missed one number of my friend account
and also money has been debited by showing transaction successful.Till
now that money didnt reach my friend account and didnt came back to my
account also.I enquire both the banks regarding this and also i call
to customer service center.They are telling they dont have any
documents regarding this.SBI account number [protected], Transaction UTR number SBINH[protected] & date of transaction on 9th november So please solve my problem as soon as
possible. Kindly find the attached copy.
