[Resolved]  State Bank of India, Sector - 10, Panchkula - Haryana — Excess charges of Interest on the Initial application money financed for CHB,Sec-63,Flats

I have applied for a flat under CHB(Chandigarh Housing Board) scheme in sector 63, Chandigarh.The Initial amount was financed by SBI-Sector, 10, Panchkula-Haryana.The amount of interest and documentation charges are paid in advance in cash at the time of filling application.SBI has aslo taken two cheques in favour of SBI, in addition to the other documents to finance the initial application money.
My application does not come under the successful applicant.
In the month of december'2008 a cheque was presented in my saving account of South India Bank, sector 20, Panchkula Branch charging me Rs.1896/- as interest.
We enquired from SBI, sector-10, Panchkula branch and we were told that this amount relates to the interest for the amount financed.When we further enquired they said that their has been delay in getting refund for the initial deposit paid on your behalf to chandigarh Housing board and this is an amount of interest for that period.
SBI also informed us that we did not inform applicants about presentation of these cheques as some of the applicants who were informed have intentionally stopped payment of these cheques.
We were never told about this hidden interest cost at the time of application.
SBI told us to approach CHB for the refund of this interest.I CHB no one has clue about this.
we approached many times SBI to help us to get refund of this interest but their is no one to help us.
please help us to get the refund of this amount of interest wrongly charged by SBI, Sector-10, panchkula Rs.1896/-.

SBI LIFE Ambala — Not receiving my Speed Post

I will be shifting to A'bad (MS) due to service transfer .I had already application for transfer PPF A/C panchkula(HR) to SBI Aurangabad(MS) branch as below stated address,
State bank of india CIDCO, Town centre New CIDCO Aurangabed(Maharashtra State). my existing PPF A/C No is A/C[protected] .

Sir, I had appied on 20 Oct.2007 .but stii not transfer the same A/C to above said address.Also, one of friend has enqired about sector-10 panchkula office & said that is was already transfer but again i had enquired in A'bad branch but not any detail receive from panchkula office.
pl. Once confirm your concern officer 7 resolve the quiry due to this the current year i can not deposit the amount .Currently, i am working in torrent pharma ( Ahemadabad-Gujarat State).

Dear Sir,

It is to intimate that I have retired from HPGCL on[protected] and having PPO No. 1030/HPGCL dated[protected] and revised vide dated[protected], and drawing Pension through SBI Dr. A.S.RAO Nagar Branch ( code4361), Hyderabad, as per authorization by your Bank in terms of subject cited PPO

I used to submit my life certificate in SBI, Dr. ASRAO Nagar Branch, in November every year. On similar lines, I have submitted life certificate for Nov. 2009 on[protected], duly getting signed from the Branch Manager. However, my pension for month ending Nov. 2009 (payable on December 1, 2009), was not paid. On enquiry it was intimated that for state Employee, this life certificate is to be submitted in Pension office/ authorizing Bank (i.e, where Pension is sanctioned) and not the Dr. ASRAO Nagar Branch.

On my insistence that life certificate is always submitted in the bank from where pension is being disbursed, they informed they have instructions for not accepting life certificate in case of state Employee from their central pension cell in Hyderabad.

Similarly they also intimated that pension arrears ( due to revision of pension, revised PPO, which has been sent to them recently by your bank ) shall also not be dealt for state employee .

On my humble request, they informed that they shall sent the case to their Central Pension cell for life certificate and pension arrears and sought their advice, However they asked me to send the copy of LIFE CERTIFICATE to your Branch & get the instructions for release of pension .

It is requested to take up the matter and ask SBI Dr. A.S. RAO Nagar Branch, Hyderabad ( Bank details as below ) to release my pension for the month of Nov. 2009 ( payable in December 2009) and Arrears immediately.

With Respect I Want To Say that There is no Complaint & Suggestion Box in Barara Branch (11863). Today I Say to Branch Manager Sh. Amarjeet Singh For This.But They Say to me They have no Budget For This. Then I Say them For Complaint Book . But they also not give to me any Complaint Book. After that daily Many Custmers are coming to for a New Saving A/c.But Bank says to Custmers to Filform Yourself. Bank Says to Custmers clearly Bank has no responsibility to fill form While opening New Branch This Branch give all service to Custmers. But now Bank Manager SH. AMARJEET SINGH say to me we have no extra staff & can not give this service to Custmers.
