RESPECTED SIR

AS YOU KNOW ALL SBOP BANKS ARE NOW ONLINE AND EVERYONE CAN WITHDRAW THE CASH FROM ANY LOCATION WITH HIS PASSBOOK. BUT I AM SORRY TO SAY ONE DAY SMT. GURPREET KAUR ASSISTANT MANAGER PHASE II URBAN STATE, PATIALA MANAGER REFUSES TO WITHDRAW THE MONEY FROM THEIR LOCATION. I SHOWED ALL THE PROOFS LIKE MY PASS BOOK, VOTER CARD. BUT HE STAND ON HIS WORD THAT YOU CAN WITHDRAW THE AMOUNT FROM ANY LOCATION U HAVE TO GO MOTHER BRANCH.
PLEASE REMOVE THEESE TYPE OF PEOPLE FROM THE SYSTEM .SO CAN OTHERS NOT SUFFERED.

I COLLECT MY ATM CARD. BUT DO NOT RECEIVED PIN NO. I REQUESTED TO PHAGWARA BANK PLEASE SEND PIN AT YOUR RAJKOT BRANCH, THEY DO NOT SEND PIN AT RAJKOT BRANCH
