I want to bring you a kind notice that on behalf of my family members and myself want to register a compliant regarding non working of mod - account facility on our saving account numbers from past 5-6 months. Our account is with sbp (Est wile) now sbi gandhi chowk branch pathankot (Branch code stbp0000507). I already visited bank branch so many times and also given a written complaint on dated 5-4-2017. But till date problem was not sorted out at branch level. Because of this inconvenience we are losing our interest on each account from past 5-6 month. So it is requested to you that kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem as soon as possible. As well as provide the interest from back date in respective account holder account.
