RESPECTED SIR, I HAVE CC AC [protected] IN SBOP GRAIN MKT RAJPURA OF PETROL PUMP.ON SAT 8.8.09 SALES MAN WENT TO DEPOSIT THE MONEY .BUT THE CASHIER MR ARORA REFUSED TO TAKE THE MONEY HE CLOSED THE WINDOW.BUT SALES MAN DEPOSITED THE MONEY ON ANOTHER COUNTER.AFTER DEPOSITING THE MONEY HE WENT TO MADAM FOR RTGS BUT MADAM REFUSED SAYING THAT ON SAT RTGS IS TILL 12PM.ON 10.08.09 SALES MAN WENT TO BANK AT 1PM HE WAS IN LINE FOR DEPOSITING THE CASH .BUT WHEN HIS TURN CAME CASHIER MR WALIA REFUSED THAT NOW IT IS LUNCH TIME.AGAIN WHEN SALES MAN WENT AT 3PM BANKS GENERATOR WAS NOT WORKING.SIR BANKS STAFF IS VERY BAD .PLS TAKE SOME ACTION .ON SAT I MADE DD INSTEAD OF RTGS.MY NAME IS MUNISH [protected]

I have savings account in State Bank of Patiala, Hassangarh, Rohtak(Haryana). I think that I am the only one person in that village who is having internet banking account because the bank employees don't know even a bit of that. even in my case there was somebody named Mr. Bhatia who alloted me the internet banking account. Thanks to him, but no body else in the bank is ready to talk to me in this regard. My brother also has savings account in the same bank, He has requested the bank employees so many times for internet banking but we always get the same response 'sorry sir, we don't know much abt internet banking'. Even i requested for re-issue of atm card, 200 rs are deducted from my account 2 months back but i didn't get my atm till know.
