I am maintaining the Current Account with this bank i.e State Bank of Patiala, N-1 Gandhi Nagar, Gwalior for past ten years. I also have 5 other accounts in this bank.
I am very much disappointed on account of bad & rude behaviour of the bank employees particularly Mr. Amit Kumar.
I want to state here that as a prime client I deserve to be treated with respect in the same manner I respect the bank officials.
Mr. Amit Kumar does the work such as getting account statements, updating passbook etc and often talk rudely and engage in some sqabbling with the customers.
It happened to me too on 21.8.09 when I told Mr Amit to print the Statement, he told that statement is ready. But when I got there in the basement where the printer is installed I found no statement and when I asked peon, Mr sunil, he told there is no statement. When I asked Mr Amit to resent the command for printing he refused and talked very rudely that the statement has already been sent. Then he kept doing the other work.
I remind this problem to Mr. Ramanand Chaudhary, but he connived with the problem by saying that due to busyness he might have reacted that way. This problem is very often.
Kindly see to this problem and take appropriate action.
