[Resolved]  State Bank Of Travancore — ATM Transaction Failure

I made an SBT to SBI card transfer in Dec.14 2009. The transfer was done from my home bank at Udyogamandal, Ernakulam (SBT acc:[protected]) to Chathamangalam branch, NIT Campus, Calicut (SBI acc:[protected]). But the transaction failed, and the amount of Rs.8200/- that was intended to be transferred was debited from my account by never credited to the SBI account.
I have been filing complaints with both banks ever since. Even tried mailing Banking Ombudsman a couple of times citing the problem. But, no response from their part also. Till now, the amount has not been transferred back to my account. So I kindly request you to take what ever steps that is necessary to solve this issue.
Hoping you`d do the same without delay.

my ac no[protected] my mail id [protected]@gmail.com sir 28januvary evening i was try to withdraw 1000rs from dhanaleshmi atm use sbt atm card .i not get money.but 1000 rs deducted in my account.please check and refund my money. by M R VISWANATHAN NAIR
