[Resolved]  sun network customer care — very casual and irresponsible approach

I had unfortunatley taken sun network and have been always facing problems is recharging it.

I had purchased a recharge coupons and not able to recharge it.

my ack number give by sun network is [protected] and when ever we call them in the number [protected]( always busy and very difficult to get this number) and if am very fortunate they pick the phone to say regularly that their server is down and you will not get any response for a couple of days

this is very ridiculas service i had ever had for any product.

sun net work is mere waste product, recharge is the most headace, when ever we call [protected] for recharge or ather enquirey they allways repeat the message weight for 20 mi'ts after 20 mi'ts they will say try after some time our executives are busy, to listen this message we have to lose Rs. 30/-.

29.12.2011 One year plan recharge Rs. 1840/-

This is with utmost distress and unsatisfaction am writing to you regarding your poor customer service which I have experienced in the last four days. There was verbal commitment from your customer care executives that I will retain my sun direct connection in 48 hrs from the date of compalining, this is the fourth day but forget about connection there is no verification from the cusromer care that we have received back our connection or not.

I have purchased my Sun direct hardware from Goodwill electronics shop in bhopal and SIM card no. is [protected] R subscribed 1 yr connection w.e.f 29/12/2011 for which I paid Rs.1840/- but my connection is disconnected within four months, moreover I did spent morethan Rs. 350/- while talking to your useless customer care dept.

Request you to take immediate action and provide proper solution within 24 hrs otherwise we will move to consumer court.
