My Name is P. Senthil Kumar and I am serving in Jodhpur. I have Sun Direct connection on 06/04/2009. My connection No is [protected] for the name of Havildar P. Senthil Kumar.
On 23 Sep 2011 I recharged my account and I want to see the Champion League Cricket match where ever the channel is available. The Customer Care centre is given the direction of three channels.
1. ESPN
2. Star Cricket
3. Star Sports
I activated the Star Sports Channel. When I saw a channel in evening, the channel not relay the Cricket match. Than I registered a complaint on 23 Sep 11 at 0833PM. The complaint No is 1_[protected]. They are tole me " It will take 24hrs to solve the problem". But It's not solved. Again I registered a complaint on next day. Complaint No is 1_[protected].
Now Today 26 Sep 2011, I call the customer care and asked the complaints replay. now also thay are told " Your complaint is fwd and get 24hrs more to solve the problem.
The activation charge is only 27 rupees but till now I expend the amount is nearabout 50 rupees. Than I activate the ESPN channel. In the morning I again call the customer care for stop the Star sports channel. They are replaied me It is not possible now you watch the same channel and you will try after one month.
You are requested to solve this problem and give the direction to the customer care for deactivate the Star Sports channel immediatly. And advised them to give the correct help to the customers. Was this information helpful? |
