Hi,
It is bad experience to talk to SUN direct call centre. Employees are not giving the correct information. I talked approx 10-15 times but every time I frustated by the resolution.I rechage the rs 133 from SBI netbanking on 4th july but still bal is not credited.Every time call centers agents were give the wrong and incomplete information.Every time they asked about whole thing and it cause the frustartion.Very very bad service.
Plase look into this.
